All of our locations are DOL approved to administer the Knowledge test and Skills test. The Knowledge Test is available in: English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Vietnamese, and Korean. For the locations that list Electronic Tests only you can also take the Knowledge Test in Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), Punjabi, Tagalog, and Ukrainian. Please contact the office if you need an interpreted Knowledge Test to schedule a private session. All locations offer the electronic knowledge test only (no paper tests). You must bring a cell phone or tablet logged into your account showing “Take an Exam”. You must have mobile data or a hotspot for your personal device to be connected to Wi-Fi for the duration of the test. Please visit this link to get more information on what to bring to the test.
You must arrive on time for all testing appointments. Late arrivals will not be able to test. You must show legal photo identification at your testing appointment.
